Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS within one business days of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to Eden Wellness Express, and the customer is responsible for  re-shipment fees.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. If you desire a tracking number, please email us at with a subject line: tracking.
We understand that occasionally a customer will purchase an item that does not fit their needs. We are committed to working on an individual basis with our customers to solve any issues and provide the best possible service. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your unopened product in its original packaging minus shipping costs to us. Please contact us via e-mail within 7 days after delivery so we may assist you with your return. In the case you received free shipping on your order, we will subtract that fee from your refund. If an order was received in error we will make it right! Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please notify us via e-mail with in 7 days after delivery to obtain an RMA number and to assist you. Send e-mail via "contact us"  tab located above.


All refunds are issued the same day that a returned package is received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your total refund. In the case you received free shipping on your order, we will subtract that fee from your refund.  If an order was received in  error on our part you will receive full refund. Refunds will be returned same as original payment. Expect funds to go back in to your account within 10 to 12 business days.
